Mobile Phone Insurance
Being without your mobile phone is bad enough but having the additional stress of replacing it just adds to the trauma.
That’s why we at Supercover Insurance don’t want you to feel rendered immobile without your mobile!
Your phone is covered for:
If your mobile phone is stolen we will replace it.
If you lose your mobile phone we will replace it.
Accidental and Liquid Damage
We’ll have your mobile phone fixed and pay for any incurring costs as a result of an accident.
If your mobile phone is maliciously damaged by someone else, we’ll fix it or replace it for you.
Breakdown / Extended Warranty
If your mobile phone suddenly stops working and your manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we’ll fix it or replace it for you.
If you lose or have your mobile phone stolen and unauthorised calls are made you will be covered.
In the event of a claim you must:
- Report the theft / loss to the police within 24 hours of discovery
- Report the theft / loss of a mobile phone / PDA to your Service Provider immediately, but in any case within 12 hours of discovery
- If your claim relates to a faulty item, the faulty item must be provided
- Contact us within 48 hours of discovery of any claim
